When the Directors needed someone to support the business in the day to day running of the office and it's HR processes, they came across Danielle to joins as Standby's first Office & People Manager. Having experienced some of the harsher recruitment environments in her early career, coupled with service management of GP practices across the region, Danielle was a great fit to help the Directors reallocate time but also, focus on individual performance for increased business.
Danielle has brought with her a wealth of people management experience from years of managing several local GP practices, taking the lead on customer service, business performance, HR. With the HR process previously outsourced, Danielle will aim to streamline our business process around HR policy and procedure, work with compliance to strengthen our current guidelines and improve customer service across the board for increased customer/client satisfaction.
