Support Worker

Here at Standby Healthcare, we are currently recruiting for children’s residential support workers to join our agency team and help support one of the many support services we supply on a regular basis.

MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO DH8

Our client delivers a person-centred approach to supporting the clients with their individual needs. Support is centred around personal care, giving medication, and having full interaction with the residents. The service caters to adult learning disabilities. Successful applicants will have experience working with this. You will also get the chance to go on day trips with the service users such as shopping trips and other fun and engaging activities.

We are looking for staff to cover a range of shifts, including days and nights with weekends too. We have shifts around the Hartlepool area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare in the UK with all relevant training and documentation to go alongside it.

What you need to have to apply:

• Minimum 6 months experience in the UK healthcare sector

• Ability to complete or provide a DBS

• Relevant experience or NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care

• UK Driver’s License
